Move Closer is a guided experience that blends authentic relating practices with embodied ecstatic dance. Created in collaboration between conscious dating experts at Sophy Love and embodiment guide this event is a playful and powerful space to connect—with yourself, with others, and with what’s possible in love.

What to Expect

• Presence & Play: We begin with guided connection exercises that invite you into your body and the room, gently melting the ice and grounding you in presence.
• Movement & Expression: Let go and come alive in an ecstatic dance journey—solo, in pairs, and as a group—designed to stir joy, attraction, and authenticity.
• Relating & Resonance: After dancing, we guide you through engaging prompts to spark meaningful conversation, curiosity, and connection.
• Easeful Mingling: End the night with unstructured time to follow your curiosity and see where the sparks lead.

Who It’s For

This experience is designed for conscious, open-hearted singles who want to date differently. If you’re tired of performative dating and want to meet others through shared presence, movement, and intention—this is for you.

No dance experience is necessary. All identities are welcome, though this particular gathering will focus on heterosexual connection. Future editions may focus on other communities.
