The event is designed for singles in their lates 20s to late 30s, who want more than swipes, small talk, or surface-level encounters. Instead of awkward icebreakers or unstructured mingling, you will engage in authentic relating games. These practices help you connect with others and with yourself in real time. The interactive exercises invite you to slow down, get curious, and discover new ways of being seen and seeing others.

About Your Guide

The event will be led by Sophy Singer, a Jewish, professional matchmaker, dating coach, and the Founder of Sophy Love. With nearly two decades of experience in the field of conscious dating, Sophy has guided thousands of singles to create meaningful relationships. She is also the host of The Conscious Matchmaker podcast, where she shares insights from her practice in matchmaking, authentic relating, and Internal Family Systems. Sophy’s work is dedicated to helping people find love by first connecting more deeply with themselves.
